Project Summary

ConnectWise is a SaaS company that had experienced multiple growth and expansion stages. Most of the 196 employees in leadership positions had been with the company for 5+ years, were hired at entry level roles, promoted from within, and had never experienced any formal leadership training to hone their skills. I was tasked with designing, developing, and implementing a bespoke leadership development program that aligned with ConnectWise’s leadership philosophies.

Design & Development

Utilising hyper organisation and preparedness to manage a 5 person camera crew seamlessly from pre to post production. Personally directing and editing the footage to deliver eight full speaker videos, eight speaker highlights, six quote videos, 6 quote images, a 2-min highlight and 100’s of event photos.
